As Senior Marketing Executive your responsibilities are to develop, implement and review marketing activities designed to increase brand presence. Carry out specific marketing activities, respecting company policies, brand equity and company strategies. Besides, you will also be the key person to build and grow the brand's social commerce business.
Develop, plan and execute channel strategies (including social commerce) and trade promotions to achieve sales objectives. Ensure these strategies are in tandem with the positioning and potential of the channels.
Build a detailed trade and promotional calendar, including product launches, counter event planning, and reflecting channels’ activations.
Develop plans, live sessions and promotion & communication to grow social commerce business.
Plans and monitors budget for promotional assets (eg. GWPs, collateral) and ROI for Marketing activities.
Develop marketing collaterals and supporting materials (eg. communication, premium etc) for channels and outpost / events.
Align Marketing activations with media plans (or other forms of awareness plans) to maximise trade marketing communication outreach.
Responsible for allocation of GWPs, premium and samples to channels for promotions and Marketing activities.
Work with Demand Planner to monitor and improve accuracy of stocks forecast by channel, in accordance with the monthly forecast schedule.
Interact and work closely with internal (sales, training, finance, logistic etc) and external (agencies, retailers etc) regarding deadlines or lead time required for promotions, price changes, POSM and others in order to ensure on-time and effective implementation.
Collaborate with sales team to support in-store and trade marketing initiatives
Develop and produce diverse marketing & promotional materials, in line with the brand guidelines, campaign timeline and budget
Implement brand guidelines and act as a key gatekeeper for all product brand equity materials communicated both internally and externally.
Champion and execute marketing activation activities / events, including liaising with vendors and activities coordination.
Work closely with cross functional teams (Ecom, Finance, Supply Chain etc) to ensure strategies are delivered on time.
Bachelor Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree in Marketing, Business Studies/Management or Mass Communications
At least 3 to 4 years of marketing experience or marketing communications.
Proficiency in MS Office & Google Docs.
Current knowledge of retail industry or similar capacity especially in FMCG or Beauty industry.
Meticulous, good coordination and be able to meet tight deadlines
