Earning Media the Old Fashioned Way

Founded in 1992, Parle is one of India’s largest biscuit manufacturing companies with a long standing history. The company possesses multiple products around the Indian market which includes Parle-G, Marie & Hide&Seek.

The Brief

Kopiko represents one of the most well-known coffee candy and confectionery brands globally, inspired by real coffee beans to deliver an authentic coffee experience. Apart from its signature coffee candies, Kopiko also offers a variety of products including coffee mixes and beverages under its expanding product line.

We were able to support their growing demand by implementing effective Digital Marketing strategies, helping the brand strengthen its presence and maintain a competitive position within the Malaysian market.

The Execution

Over a period of 3-4 months, we executed a comprehensive strategy combining Social Media Marketing, Creative Content Production, and Merchandise Development.

On digital platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok, we developed engaging and trend-driven content that reflects everyday moments from work breaks to late-night study sessions positioning Kopiko as part of daily routines. Our team focused heavily on creative storytelling, visual design, and content consistency to ensure the brand stood out in a saturated market.

In addition, we introduced custom merchandise as part of the campaign to enhance brand identity and create a more memorable offline experience. This included branded items that align with Kopiko’s energetic and youthful image, helping to extend brand visibility beyond digital platforms.

We also ran targeted paid advertising and collaborated with selected influencers to amplify reach, build trust, and drive higher engagement. Overall, the campaign leaned strongly towards creativity-driven marketing, ensuring every touchpoint felt fresh, relevant, and impactful.

The Result

Within the first 3 months, the campaign achieved strong and measurable growth:

  • Increased social media engagement by +50%
  • Expanded overall reach by approximately +65% across platforms
  • Achieved +35% growth in followers, especially among younger demographics
