Earning Media the Old Fashioned Way

Biome is a health food manufacturing company which markets in China & USA. They represent a strong fast growing brand that is dedicated to healthy living and the consumption of health manufactured food products. Products include diet supplements, manufactured juices, and their very own blender.

The Brief

Milk Baobab Malaysia aimed to increase brand awareness and strengthen its positioning within the competitive personal care market. The objective was to highlight the brand’s natural ingredients, gentle formulation, and premium yet approachable image to attract modern consumers, particularly young families and individuals who value quality self-care products.

In addition, the brand wanted to improve both online engagement and offline visibility, ensuring consistent branding across social media and retail environments.

The Execution

Over a period of 3-4 months, ZSTAR executed a focused strategy combining social media marketing, influencer collaborations, and POSM design.

We developed aesthetically pleasing and consistent content across social media platforms such as Instagram and TikTok, emphasizing soft visuals, product benefits, and lifestyle usage. At the same time, we collaborated with selected influencers to create authentic and relatable content, helping to build trust and expand reach among targeted audiences.

To strengthen offline presence, we designed POSM materials including in-store displays and promotional visuals that align with the brand’s clean and premium identity. This ensured a seamless brand experience from online platforms to physical retail environments.

The Result

Within the first 3 months, the campaign achieved strong performance:

  • Increased social media engagement by +50%
  • Expanded brand reach by approximately +65%
  • Achieved +35% growth in followers
  • Enhanced in-store visibility and brand recognition through POSM design

Overall, the integration of social media, influencer marketing, and POSM design successfully elevated Milk Baobab’s presence both online and offline. The brand was able to connect more effectively with its audience while reinforcing a consistent and premium brand image in the Malaysian market.
