Earning Media the Old Fashioned Way

Biome is a health food manufacturing company which markets in China & USA. They represent a strong fast growing brand that is dedicated to healthy living and the consumption of health manufactured food products. Products include diet supplements, manufactured juices, and their very own blender.

The Brief

Urgo Medical Malaysia aimed to increase brand awareness and educate audiences on the importance of proper wound care solutions. The objective was to communicate medical information in a more engaging and understandable way, especially for general consumers who may not be familiar with advanced wound care products.

At the same time, the brand wanted to strengthen its digital presence and build trust through credible content, while reaching a wider audience across social media platforms.

The Execution

Over a period of 3-4 months, ZSTAR executed a focused strategy combining social media marketing, video production, and influencer collaborations.

We developed informative yet engaging video content to simplify medical concepts and demonstrate product usage in a clear and relatable manner. These videos were optimized for platforms such as Instagram and TikTok to ensure higher reach and audience retention.

In addition, we collaborated with selected influencers to deliver trusted and authentic messaging, helping to bridge the gap between medical knowledge and everyday users. Social media platforms were actively managed with consistent posting, educational content, and visually structured creatives to maintain audience interest and credibility.
